Tennis Arena End of Season Tournament

Please be advise that this year Tennis Arena End of Season Party/Tournamet will take place on January 21, 2012 in Clifton.

1. PLACE: 1075 Route 46 East, Clifton, NJ
2. TIME: 7:00pm - 11:00pm
3. PLAYERS:
        1. Jarek Ch - Mirek Z
        2. Janusz K - Andy*
        3. Mike* - Harris*
        4. Patryk Ch - Wojtek B*
        5. Frank C - Martin K
        6. Radek K - Michael S
        7. Kaz K - Marek O*
        8. Jurek D - Ernest B
        9. Wladek K - Marian J
        10. Tomek J - Marek M
4. FEE: Tennis Arena members: Free, Guests: $35.00
5. FOOD: Tennis Arena will serve soda, sandwitches, and beer
6. BALLS: Will be provided by Tennis Arena
7. MATCHES:
        a) Doubles only
        b) 5 matches - 35 min each
        c) Tiebreakers only (7 poins by margin of 2 points)
        d) Last tiebreaker counts only if at least 4 points scored by margin of two points
        e) If after 35 min of play there is a tie, tiebreaker must be completed as per rule above
8. SCHEDULE:
        7:00 - 7:20 Warmup
        7:20 - 7:55 1st round
        8:00 - 8:35 2nd round
        8:40 - 9:15 3rd round
        9:15 - 9:35 long break
        9:35 - 10: 10 4th round
        10:15 - 10:50 5th round
9. TOURNAMENT:
        a) Winner of the match goes to the higher court (example: on court 3 Team A wins with Team B, Team A goes to court 2, Team B         goes to court 4)
        b) Winner of the tournamet: winner of the last match (round 5) on court 1.
